and CEO of Pelican Point Investment Group LLC (“PPI”), a boutique Private Equity & Merchant Bank in Newport Beach, California.
Ike has served as a CEO, Chairman, Board member, investor and advisor to private and public companies and continues to invest-in and advise companies as an Advisor or a Principal. Ike is a "serial entrepreneur" and Founding Charter Member of the IndUS Entrepreneurs (TiE -South Coast, CA). He serves as an advisory board member to other media-tech, media, consumer-centric organic-wellness based companies. He has served as a board member of Trilennia Group, a mid-market merchant banking firm and currently is a member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA). Ike is a member of the MBA Risk and Fraud Committee and Member of the Forbes Business Council.

With more than two decades of professional experience to his credit, Mr. Virdi has excelled since 1998 as the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Aequor Group having Aequor Technologies, Aequor Healthcare Services, Therapy Staff,
& Locum Connections under its umbrella. Mr. Virdi honed his business skills in a variety of entrepreneurial ventures prior to managing Aequor Group. Previously, he worked at the Home Box Office, Inc. and Embassy CES in the area
of Information Technology. Beyond his primary roles, Mr. Virdi serves on the Board of the Aequor Group of Companies, member of Zoning and Adjustment Board of Marlboro Township in New Jersey and a member of the
Board of Trustees of Ranney School in Tinton Falls, NJ.

Prior to BrandProject, Jay was the co-founder of spock.com, the leading social search engine in the world based in the heart of Silicon Valley. Spock raised over $10m in venture funding and powered search for leading social networks like bebo, hi5, friendster and tagged. At its peak, over 40 million people did over
100 million searches per month on the platform, making spock one of the top 10 search engines on the planet. Before Spock, Jay worked in Global Enterprise Strategy and Marketing at Microsoft in Seattle.

Vijar is a graduate of Seton Hall University with degrees in Accounting, Economics, and Finance, and studied at Princeton University.
